Extremely high filling strength, short drying times and good sanding properties create a quality product. Fugenkittlösung is combined with sanding dust, and thus it offers a big advantage in that it matches the colour of subsurface exactly.ADVANTAGES >  High filling power>  Quick drying>  Good sanding properties>  Low odour>  Sizes: 1.00 L; 5.00 L>  1 litre covers approx. 10-15 m².APPLICATIONBefore applying, stir well in a bucket so that any settlement is mixed in.Mix in sanding dust, best from the same type of wood with a grit 80-120, into thick paste (approx. 15 % weight increase by adding sanding dust).Fill in flooring diagonally with a stainless steel double blade scraper and at the same time press wood putty firmly into joints. Repeat process if necessary.After 30 – 60 minutes the dried paste can be sanded coarsely (grit P80) and afterwards finely sanded (grit P100 – 120) so that no wood putty is left on the surface of the parquet. In most cases, fine sanding with P100 – 120 is enough.Treatment with any oil-and-wax-based wood finish from Osmo can be carried out afterwards.Note: As wood putty mixture and application strongly depends on wood species and sanding dust, a trial application is absolutely necessary! Do not fill joints in sprung or plank flooring!

For Coloring: For evenly applying and polishing colored oils, such as oil-based stains, decorative wax, or colored hard wax oil. 💡 Important handling tips: Product amount: If streaks form on the wood, you have used too much product. Simply flip the pad over or let it dry on untreated wood. Storage: Never set the machine down on the pad after use. The weight on one side compresses the pad, which impairs subsequent operation and may require replacement.

The Osmo Drive Plate (Velcro Plate) for the HandXcenter is the key replacement part that holds the white pad attachment onto the machine. Here is the most important information about it: Function: The drive plate has a Velcro surface. The white application pad (working width 218 mm) is attached to this surface to work oils and care products evenly into the wood using the machine’s oscillating motion. Technical Specifications: The plate itself has a diameter of 240 mm. Replacement Criteria: The machine should only be operated with a drive plate in perfect condition. You must replace the drive plate if the Velcro surface is worn smooth, damaged, or heavily discolored to ensure optimal performance.
